Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing quality I’ve owned this mount for about a month now and I can’t believe how much bang for the buck you get. I’m a regular shooter and when I shoot I spend around 6 to 8 hours at the range with my buddy’s and I’m surprised how well this mount can handle my .308S recoil and I haven’t had a single problem with the screws coming loose or rattling. even when I switch it over to my 6.5 Ruger I’d expect it to come loose eventually but it doesn’t I’m amazed on how well it holds even my leupold scope!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good if you're gental Purchased this mount with my diamondback hp 2x8. Needed lock tight. Fell once at the range and the mount bent and was useless. The warranty is why I gave 3 stars. Sent it back in and exchanged for the 2 inch offset mount. Both are made in China which was a let down.

I mounted a crossfire 3-9x40 on the cantilever 2" offset mounts, on my ruger sr556. I can't get it sighted in, it's way high and maxes out the elevation adjustment just trying to boresight. Could I have messed something up? It seems to high above barrell

just purchased your CM-102 Cantilever mount do you recommend using a lapping tool on the rings before mounting the scope? Scope is a crossfire II 3-9x50 on a 308 Sig

Asked by: rookie
You certainly could, although it's not necessary.

Will this CM-102 be my best option to mount a Crossfire II 3-9X50 to a sig 716 ? Please recommend which lens caps would be best for this scope the dealer lost the caps that came with the scope

Asked by: rookie
Yes, that is the correct mount for your set up. If you are looking at the Defender Flip Caps, you will want the E-10 eyepiece and the O-50 objective piece.

What scope rings would you recommend for an AR15 with the crossfire ii 4-12x50 to get the proper clearance of the scope over the barrel?

Asked by: jehill
Any of our 1 inch cantilever mounts will give you proper height on your AR 15.

What is the recommended torque for base screws mounting to the rail?

We recommend 20 inch pounds on the screws that attach the mount to the rail and 15-18 inch pounds on the ring screws with no Loctite on any of those screws.

Should I use locktite on the scope ring screws, if so what kind do yall recommend?

Asked by: Gordon2469
No, do not use Loctite on scope rings because it will lubricate the screws and cause you to overtighten the rings without realizing it. We recommend 15-18 inch pounds of torque and no Loctite.

Im purchasing either a crossfire II 4-12x40 or crossfire II 4-16x50 for my AR. I run with the stock just under halfway extending, approximately 1in from fully collapsed. Would I want to buy the 2in offset or the 3in offset mount??

Asked by: Firemed12
If your nose is tight to the charging handle you will want the 3", if your nose is backed off of the charging handle the 2" will work for you.
