Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing quality for entry level! I bought a set of Crossfire 12x50's and I can't even stress enough how amazing the glass is for the price. If you look at any other non HD from any brand, the crossfires will blow them away. Same with the Diamondbacks. They're lightweight and rugged. I love the case and detachable lens objective lens covers. The brightness and clarity is amazing for being entry level low prices binoculars. While they are entry level, I would say they are only entry level for Vortex. I feel like they are a higher level than any other entry level binocular. There is no big shake like other 12x50 binos, and being lightweight, you can glass for long periods.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from VORTEX FANATIC I HAVE BEEN A VORTEX CUSTOMER FOR A FEW YEARS NOW AND HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY SOLD ON THE HIGH QUALITY OF THEIR SCOPES AND BINOCULARS. MY MOST RECENT PURCHASE WAS THE CROSSFIRE 12X50 BINOCULARS. I COMPARED THE CROSSFIRES TO A PAIR OF STEINERS 12X50 AND THE CROSSFIRES BLEW THE STIENERS OUT OF THE WATER. THE CROSSFIRE GATHERED MORE LIGHT AT NIGHT THAT MY DEPARTMENT ISSUED STEINERS. THE GLASS GIVES SUCH A HIGH DEF IMAGE IT IS ALMOST UNREAL!!! VORTEX SIMPLY HAS BEEN OUTDOING A LOT OF THE HIGH END COMPETITORS. I WILL CONTINUE TO BE AN AVID VORTEX CUSTOMER!!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A new happy customer for life. I bought the crossfire 12x50 about a month ago. And the reason i bought them because a month before i purchased the vortex rangefinder ranger 1000. I was really inpressed with the cutomer service i recieved (thank you again ruben for the fast response via facebook) and the quality of the glass. I had about 0 to spend and i couldnt be happier with my choice. Vortex won me over with the quality with both optics and customer service. The binoculars are clear crisp and dont strain my eyes. And they feel very durable and well made.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clear vision like no other Bought these last fall for bow season, used with the the vortex shoulder harness and literally made walking/stalking so much nicer. The zoom power and wide view made it an easy decision. This spring turkey season they did break (eye piece came loose) called the store for them to get fixed. I am lucky enough to be only an hour away, and after explaining the situation, all the gentleman said was "bring 'em in, we'll replace them".... Vortex warranty is rock solid

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works for me I needed a multipurpose set of binoculars that I could take to the rifle range, put on the boat, or just use in general recreational situations. I didn't want anything mega expensive or specialized, but I still wanted something that could deal with water situations and had decent optics. These binoculars fit the bill perfectly for me. They are crystal clear, get 12X, have a nice FOV and cost just over 200 bucks with taxes. They just fit my needs perfectly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Glass clarity and Value smokes the competition I primarily hunt out west Arizona, California, Nevada) where the majority of our hunting revolves around spot and stalk. I've been utilizing my Vortex Crossfire 12X50 binos for the last two deer seasons and for the price you cannot beat the glass clarity (especially in low light conditions). I've ditched some big name competitors binos to run these and boy did Vortex hit a home run on a set of binos that every hunter can afford!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Impressed! When I first opened the box and held them I knew I had a quality product! If you want high quality in optics, you have to except the weight. I use Canon photography equip. and "L" lenses and bodies are weighty. I haven't been out in the field yet, but I have used them around the neighborhood and at over a 1/2 mile the field of view even the Pacific NW over cast "sunshine" the view was very bright and clear. Nice work Vortex!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these. Put these to the test last deer season. Great optics. Was worried they were going to be a little too powerful for and end up shaky, but did just fine for me. Have a pair of 10x32 as well and much rather prefer these for anything over 40 yards. A little heavy, but very clear and exactly want I wanted for a high quality - Budget minded - Binocular.

The right eye diopter does not seem to focus enough for me or my wife at long distance. it does appear to have movement, just not enough.  Any ideas? Or is it a warranty fix?
