Works as expected
Cloth cleans. Liquid cleans. Both clean. Yup. Everything checks out. Use this on my Spitfire 3X. Doesn't leave any smudges or streaks. Would recommend.

My glasses fog up while wearing a facemask when I am hunting. Will this help prevent that?
It will help but will not completely get rid of the fogging issue.
