Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not impressed I bought these rings to go with my new Diamondback 50mm after reading all the good reviews. After the fifth shot, the scope had slid forward an inch scratching my brand new scope badly. I went by the vortex scope mounting procedure and that was the result. By the looks of the scratches, there were sharp edges and not much surface contact with these rings. I went the next day and bought a set of Leupold rings and my groups instantly went from 1.5” to .625”. I will not buy Vortex rings again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Rings for $$ Used the Low rings to mount a 3-9x40 Viper on a Ruger American Predator 308. Fantastic set up. Holds tight. Plenty of clearance. These rings perform. When mounting, just anticipate the scope rolling as you tighten them up. It did take me a couple of tries, but got the scope level. I torqued the mounts, and rings, several times. No problems. Great rings for the money! Pick some up!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Work well with Diamondback scope I bought these rings to attach my Vortex Diamondback 4-12x40 BDC scope to my Ruger American Predator Rifle in 6.5 CM. They do the job exactly as they should. I'm happy to buy the Vortex brand which works well with the Vortex scope.

I shoot a Ruger mark 77 rifle. I recently purchased the vortex diamondback HP 4-16x42 BDC rifle scope. For the Pro 1-inch rings what recommendation do you have with regards to low, medium or high scope mounts?

Asked by: Uncle Carlos
That rifle needs proprietary Ruger rings unless you have a one piece rail on it. Then our rings would work. If you use our Pro rings, medium height should work.

I have a henry rifle with a 3/8 dovetail rail. Being a rifle with a hammer I need high rings. What do you recommend for my Diamond Back scope

Asked by: Reno
Unfortunately our rings will not work with a dovetail, they go onto a picatinny rail or weaver base only. You will need some 3/8 inch dovetail rings.
