Rated 4 out of 5 by from Colors pop! Glass quality is amazing. Easily competes with optics costing twice the price. Very easy to spot game. The color contrast between objects is what will immediately stand out. Also low light gathering capabilities have extending my time glassing. My only complaint is the eye cups seem to move around too much and not stay put. I am constantly having to adjust to make sure they are where I need them. The Viper HD's I own don't have this same issue with the eyecups always moving in or out. Overall they have exceeded my expectations. Exceptional glass quality, brightness, clarity, contrast, and the colors pop!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The only pair of binoculars you will ever need!!! I bought these binoculars for a multitude of reason. 1st for hunting they are fantastic with great glass for spotting pronghorn/mule deer at 700-1500 yards away to low light conditions when most other binoculars won't do. 2nd I use them for target archery when clarity and small details matter. I can easily see the rings on 3D targets at 40+ yards and they help me find an aiming point that I normally could not see with my previous binoculars from another brand. 3rd I use my binoculars almost daily and the VIP Warranty that Vortex has is second to none so I can rest assured that I can USE these binoculars in any condition without having to worry about them and focus on the task at hand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth every penny! I needed a set of binos to hunt the rugged thick country of the west. When I bought the Razor's, my eyes were really opened! These things are sweet! I did a side by side comparison with my buddy's 12x50 Swaros. The only thing they have on the Razor's are the edge to edge clarity. For the price of the Swaros, I was able to purchase these and the 85mm Razor spotter for a little bit more than what the Swaro binos cost. You don't have to break the bank for quality binos. The Vortex Razor line is simply amazing!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Clarity At first I wasn't sure if I should spend the extra to upgrade when I compared the Razors to other Vortex models in the store. After using them the past 6 months in the field though the low light performance and clarity has proven to be incredible. I can see more detail with these @12x than I can through my Viper Riflescope @16x, or my budget 20x-60x spotting scope at any power. From now on I will be patient and save up for the Razor series in any optics I buy. This is the best glass I have ever used.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great, clear binos Purchased these for an elk and mule deer hunt in western Montana and eastern Montana. Two completely different environments and they worked great in both. I did not treat them gently and they held up very well. The cold and the snow in one area, and dry cold and dusty in another. I do need to find a way to clean the dust out of the adjustable eyecup tracks. But they worked great the entire time. Make sure you need the 12 power, it can be too much in some cases.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Should have bit bullet sooner. I had been using a 0 pair of 10x42 binos for the better part of a decade and was putting off this purchase for many years. With the old binos I was constantly battling eye fatigue to a point I could no longer look through the glass or I'd vomit. I finally put money into the Razor HD 12x50's for the 2016 hunting season and wish I had done it long ago. Crystal clear and zero eye fatigue like I had before. I was worried the 12 power would push the eye fatigue limit but after 6 months of looking through them I wish the Razor HD's would make a 15x56 as I'd buy a pair. As a bonus they are very light compared to a lesser quality binocular. I've had no issues with them at all and I'm comforted with the warranty so I don't worry when I hand them to my kids to use. Vortex is truly a customer service company making great products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing glass! Bought these as "my" binoculars, and due to the envy of friends ended up buying the diamondback 12x50's so I'd have a loaner pair for my buddies. The clarity is exceptional and allows me to view details my eyes were missing with lesser glass, (another companies glass which is highly regarded by others, but not by me anymore). The razor hd binoculars are for the person who wants to see that animal "way over there, on the other mountain".

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for Northwest Big Game Love the weight and size of these binos. Have had both the 10x42 and the 12x50 and can say I love both, but these give just a slight edge over for the mag in large open plains and desert. I hunt a lot of mule deer in rolling foothills and pronghorn in the desert and slap these on a tripod and the game has changed. The weight is not difficult to hold steady by hand if needed. Fit great in the hands and adjustments and lock are spot on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome clear glass a working man's optics Honestly for the blue collar working man like myself with 7 kids 1 in college i cant afford the Swarovski or Leica optics but the first time i looked thru vortex optics there glass is just as good as the big name brands keep doing what your doing and not to mention the warranty is the best in the industry now time for me to save a little more hard earned dollars for the Kaibab optics dont change a thing vortex
