Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best purchase ever except for my razor hd binos Great product I bought your binos and this spotter for less than the other brands spotter and mostly because I buy stuff to use it and not keep it in a display case (that is the only way it wouldn't get broken) best warranty in the buisiness I broke my binos not because they weren't built good just because I am clumsy and no questions asked fixed them I put them away without fully checking them and noticed they wouldn't focus for me two days before the season opened vortex overnighted both ways and had them to me for the opener saved the day

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 20-60x85 Razor HD Spotting Scope I purchased this scope for a upcoming bear hunt. Amazing quality I had to test it out so I took it to the mountain and glassed up some deer and elk. To early in the year for anything to have antlers but as far as the quality of optic... BEST out there I compared it to a several top brands and the Vortex smoked the competition. The clarity was amazing, the durability, the two variable options to make the scope more clear was amazing at 60 power. As far as the price, its a little pricey but if your a serious hunter save your money and get this scope. I was skeptical when purchasing Vortex at first about a year ago, but I got one scope, I have been sold ever since. I won't waste another dollar on any other optic. Vortex has my business for life.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A True Workhorse with Edge to Edge Clarity I'm heading into my 5th season of birding with my faithful Vortex Razor HD 20-60x85 spotting scope. I've taken good care of it and it has more than paid me back with hundreds of hours of observations in dozens of locations around the world in every type of weather imaginable, from Trinidad and Tobago to the Bering Sea island of Attu to the Serengeti in Tanzania. It seems to be unaffected by atmospheric conditions, it's never fogged up on mye and the focus and zoom controls are as smooth as the day I bought it. The field of view is clear from edge to edge up through 60x. The only "con" I've encountered with this scope is that the construction involves 2 parts that are held together by 3 interior screws, joined beneath the central housing. At just about 4 years old, and just before I was to leave for Tanzania, one of these screws sheared off, causing some play in the body of the scope (which still functioned optimally by the way). Which brings me to the topic of Vortex's incredible customer service. I called, explained the problem and my situation and overnighted it to Vortex. It was not only fixed but given a factory cleaning and was turned around in a few hours and overnighted back to me. I've never experienced such personal, quick and efficient customer service from anyone! Cheers and Thank You Vortex!
