Prospective Dealers

REQUIREMENTS

If you are interested in becoming an Authorized Dealer of Vortex Optics within the United States of America, please review the following requirements and complete the questionnaire. Upon receipt of your completed questionnaire, we will review your information to determine if our companies are a good match for one another. We will then present you with the Dealer Agreement and Price List if appropriate.

Requirements include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Must have a fully staffed, brick-and-mortar retail location(s) with regular business hours and be able to provide quality facilities and services to customers.
  • Must be willing to sign and adhere to the Vortex® Optics MAP agreement.
  • Minimum opening prepaid order of $5,000 to include a minimum of six different optic SKUs. All orders are subject to approval upon receipt.
  • Annual purchases totaling $7,500 or more is required to remain as an active account. Dealers not maintaining this status will be removed from our online listings and be considered a closed account. Re-application is always welcomed.

PROSPECTIVE DEALER INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1 — Please complete the Prospective Dealer Questionnaire [PDF]. This questionnaire is an editable PDF form that you can complete using Adobe Reader. Once completed, save or print a copy of your questionnaire to return to Vortex in one of three ways:

Once we receive your completed questionnaire, it will be reviewed. When we find that our companies are a good match, our team will contact you to complete a Dealer Application and provide pricing.
