Rated 3 out of 5 by from Could be better Having used different brand magnified optics, I was let down after mounting it. The eyebox is ridiculously small and any small movements will compromise the sight picture. It practically makes the optic unusable for anything outside of shooting at a stationary range. With that being said, there were a few things I did like. The glass was impressively clear, the reticle made longer shots super simple, and I like the overall size/weight of the optic. If Vortex could find a way to enlarge the eyebox I would definitely buy another. In the mean time, this optic is getting sold to fund a different optic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow! Far better than expected, and yes, I do have other Vortex scopes/dots. Glass is nice and clear, all controls made it easy to get sighted in, along with a quick and easy mount. Put it on a new Christensen Arms CA9, the pic is when first sighting in at 20 yards - 30 rounds up and 70 in center - not bad for a 60+ yr old who uses cheaters. This is truly one of those items - “don’t think about it, just get it!” You’ll be glad you did.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Sight Bought this last week, love the sight! It’s mounted on my Barrett REC7 6.8 SPC.Very accurate. The 12 illumination setting are awesome for all times of day. I will say the the sight picture did take some getting used to, eye relief is definitely shorter but once you mount it all the way towards the back it’s totally doable. I actually found if you use both eyes open it’s actually easier to acquire the target with the sight. Overall it’s a great sight! High build quality, takes some getting used and trial and error on the best position for you.
