Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast transition The switchview throw lever makes sure transition from minimum magnification to maximum is possible, confortable, fast and easy even done at the budget level scope where it can be slightly tighter if done with bear fingers or wet surfaces . Super easy to install and if following the instruction it won't interfere with bolt manipulation. All covered by the lifetime warranty by Vortex.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't fit Viper PST 1-4x as advertised Bought at the same time I purchased the scope. Doesn't fit to install, despite it saying it fits all PST and HS models with metal magnification rings. Fun to note that magnification ring sizes aren't featured anywhere on this site in order to pair which Switchview would match with which scope yourself. Tiny screw is not long enough to bridge the gap on install and actually pull itself shut. Would not recommend.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works great but... I’m trying to understand why Vortex would design their scope architecture in a way that means if the shooter wants to adjust magnification, after buying a $800+ scope, they need to buy this and install it on the scope in order to do so. Oh, and it’s another $80, thank you very much, probably cost them $5 to make the darn thing. Great product but I don’t like the price gouging one bit. This seems totally unnecessary to be able to use such an expensive scope but at the same time it’s the only way to dial the magnification. Imagine being in a hunting situation without one, Vortex should just sell this with every one of their high end scopes because you’re gonna need it. One last thing, this can also get in the way of running the bolt on your rifle so install it with that in mind.
