This pack is designed with optics in mind. It has a pass through sleeve with a removable sling, perfect for a tripod, gun or climbing steps. To help eliminate bulk, metal g-hooks are part of the shoulder straps so you can directly attach your binocular harness. When not in use those hooks can be tucked into the top part of the shoulder strap.
