Rated 5 out of 5 by dwcphoto from Really Nice I bought these over the summer and have had a few months to use them. I’ve used a competitors 7x26 for decades and love them. They just seemed fragile and the company would not fix them any longer. I wanted to stay lower power with wide field of view for easy target acquisition. These Vortex fit the bill and are more comfortable for extended viewing. Instead of the neck strap that comes with it, I put on a leather shoe lace. By slinging it over my head I can easily keep them out of the way yet handy for use. I’m really glad I bought these. Excellent optics.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from They will be there when you need them That’s the real advantage! They will be there. They are so light but sturdy, and so small but useful. Optically, they are wonderful too. They perform and they are build like a tank. The field of view is EXCELLENT, but the apparent field of view is nothing out of this world, so careful with those expectations. But, again, they are so portable and easy to use that they will be carried more with you, and they will make the difference more often than other bigger brothers. Something that I was really surprised is the low light performance. I was expecting way less performance out of a 32mm. Another thing they are great at, is introducing people to binos. My wife and mother in law just love them so much they bought one for them and started birding. My advice is: if you are thinking on getting one, just do it - it’s because need them!
