Buying my clients a loaner pair
Boy vortex you made a believer out of me. Your vortex viper 8/42 binoculars have proven to be the best binocular that I have ever tried. As a full time hunting guide for San Ranch Guided hunts in Deep South Texas I have looked through many pairs of binos and yours are just the best iv tried. Low light conditions on long senderos with shadows are the true test for optics and your binoculars and scopes have proven to be the best around. My clients and staff all agree that vortex optics is the best bang for your buck after using my vortex binoculars. Thanks for the many memories that me and my clients have made using vortex optics.

Great Performance at Reasonable Price
I purchased the 8x42 Viper HD about 2 years ago when I started wearing glasses while hunting. I had previously used a pair of 8 x 30 Viper HD binos that were excellent but, they limited my field of view with glasses. The 8x42 HD model provides a wider field wearing glasses. The Viper HD glass is not quite as bright as my Zeiss 10x42's but plenty good enough even in low light. I actually tend to carry these more due to their smaller size and chance of loss while traveling.

Bow hunters must have.
I purchased the 8x42 for bow hunting in thick woods where I live. I had tried these bad boys out in low light situations before but the most impressive performance came one day after the sun set. It was already dark and I was waiting for deer to leave my stand before I climbed down (didn't want to run them off). I had quit watching deer when I heard them blow and then run off. I couldn't see a thing. I pulled up my viper hd's and watched five solid black hogs come in. Night...in the woods... black hogs. If you're a bow hunter get some. You won't be disappointed.
