Service Matters

Our goal is to provide you with the best service. Vortex products covered by the VIP Warranty are repaired without charge. If the required repair work is not covered under warranty, we will contact you before any repairs are made.

Step 1: Visit our Troubleshooting page for answers to common questions about our products.

Step 2: Fill out the following Service Request Form.

Step 3: Package your item for shipment. Packaging tips:

  • 1.) Place optic in a sturdy corrugated box.
  • 2.) Place Service Request form on-top of product, where it can be easily found.
  • 3.) Fill open areas of the box with fill material (like newspaper or bubble wrap)
  • 4.) Tape up package and apply label

Things we are trying to avoid:

  • 1.) The duct-tape football The Duct-tape Football
  • 2.) The shrink-wrapped turkey The Shrink-wrapped Turkey
  • 3.) Shredded paper or packing peanut fill
  • 4.) Broken glass pieces in the boxes

Step 4: Ship your product in a cardboard shipping carton to the following address:

Step 5: Vortex will evaluate your product and repair or replace it at no charge.

Step 6: Turn around time will vary, but we'll do our best to return your optics to you quickly.
