No matter your purchase, our goal is to provide you with the best service possible. Vortex optics, apparel, and eyewear covered by the VIP Warranty are repaired or replaced without charge. If the required repair work is not covered under warranty, we will contact you before starting any repairs.

Is your optic or product damaged, in need of a tune-up, or are you looking for spare parts? We’re here to help!

If you’d like to speak to one of our VIP Care reps – we’d love to hear from you. We can order your part(s), get your Service Request up and running promptly, and email you a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

Once you’ve filled out the request form, package the item up to ship to us here:

Some helpful packaging tips:

  • Place optic in a sturdy corrugated box (please avoid duct taping The Duct-tape Football or shrink-wrapping The Shrink-wrapped Turkey )
  • If re-using a box to package your return, please remove all additional labels from the box.
  • Place Service Request form on-top of product
  • Fill open areas of the box with fill material like newspaper or bubble wrap (please don’t use shredded paper or packing peanut fill and ensure there is no broken glass in the box)
  • Tape up package and apply label

Apparel Returns


Step 1: Fill out the following Apparel Return Form.

Step 2: Package your item for shipment.

  • Place apparel in sturdy bag or box
  • Place returns form on top of product
  • Fill open areas with fill material, like newspaper or bubble wrap
  • Tape the package shut and apply shipping label

Step 3: Ship your product to the following address:

  • Attn. VIP Warranty
  • One Vortex Drive
  • Barneveld, WI 53507

Step 4: We will process your return as requested. (Processing times may vary, but typically are within 3 business days of receipt to Vortex)
