If a repair or return request falls outside warranty coverage, we’ll contact you before proceeding—keeping you in control every step of the way.

Optic Repairs - USA

Need to repair or tune up your optic, or looking for spare parts? Our VIP® Care team is here to help you get back on target.

Contact Options:

To start your Service Request, call us at 1-800-486-7839 or email service@vortexoptics.com with your shipping and contact information. We’ll arrange any necessary parts, initiate your Service Request, and email you a prepaid shipping label for easy returns.

DIY Option:

Prefer handling it yourself? Download the Service Request Form and include it in your package.

Ship in 5 Easy Steps:

  1. Place optic in a sturdy corrugated box (please avoid duct taping The Duct-tape Football or shrink-wrappingThe Shrink-wrapped Turkey).
  2. If re-using a box to package your return, please remove all additional labels from the box.
  3. Place the filled out Service Request form on-top of product.
  4. Fill open areas of the box with fill material like newspaper or bubble wrap (please don’t use shredded paper or packing peanut fill and ensure there is no broken glass in the box).
  5. Tape up package and apply label.

Optic Repairs - International

Products shipped from the USA out of the country are considered Gray Market Products and are not covered under the VIP® Warranty. Please email service@vortexoptics.com if you have any questions.

Apparel Returns

If you purchased your Vortex® apparel from one of our trusted dealers, please contact them directly for returns—they’re happy to help. Prefer to send it back to us? Here’s how to get started:

Contact Options:

Call us at 1-800-486-7839 or email service@vortexoptics.com to initiate your Apparel Return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

RETURN IN 3 EASY STEPS:

  1. Complete the Apparel Return Form and include it with your item.
  2. Package your item securely.
    • Place the apparel in a poly mailer, tear-resistant bag, or box.
    • Place the return form inside.
  3. Apply the shipping label (and cover any old labels if reusing a box).
