Great glass....greater company!
We've had these for 2 years now with no problems and wonderful viewing, especially for the price. My wife mainly used them and when I had them one day I noticed the diopter ring wouldn't move. Contacted Vortex and Graham Goeglein quickly answered back to send them back to be fixed. I took less than 10 days to go from my house to Vortex where they replaced the diopter assembly. They also replaced the lens caps and checked and cleaned everything else. All of this was at no cost whatsoever, just like their warranty says. I wish all companies had service like this. I highly recommend Vortex products to anyone interested.....can't go wrong here!

Great but.....
Birdwatching only. I love these binos, great clear crisp images, sturdy, easy to use, but......... the right eyecup has come loose, hard to keep focus, constantly fiddling around with eyecup, must have had to readjust a hundred times last time out birding. I love that they are made here in America and it was a big reason I got them. My Nikon Monarchs have the same issue so I am hoping that Vortex will come through with a fix where Nikon was no help at all. I have a HD Razor scope and it has been spot on perfect since I got it so it was a bit disappointing to have something as fundamental as the eyecup to fail. Sorry for the double posting....

I've used these binos for almost two years now, they are great. It did take me a while to get them focused for my eyes so that I did not feel cross eyed when pulling them away from my eyes. After getting them properly focused they are extremely clear when compared to similarly priced binos. Others brands that I have had over the years usually last one to two years then start become harder to get a good crisp picture out of them. The diamomondbacks are still going strong with their clarity and low light morning and evening glassing is phenomenal. I would recommend for anyone wanting an entry-level bino! Well built, durable and can not beat the warranty!
